Any examples, estimates, projections, testimonials, case studies, or performance claims are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future results.
4. Third-Party Software and Platforms
Subutai AI may recommend, refer, resell, configure, integrate, or help implement third-party software platforms.
These may include, but are not limited to, AI voice platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, booking tools, analytics tools, communication platforms, payment processors, website builders, landing page builders, and other business software.
In some cases, Subutai AI may act as a reseller, referral partner, implementation partner, or support provider for third-party software platforms. Subutai AI does not own or control those third-party platforms unless expressly stated in writing.
You understand that third-party platforms are owned and operated by separate companies. Subutai AI is not responsible for:

- Third-party billing disputes

5. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and reasonable cooperation.
You are responsible for:

Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or agreement.
- Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Monthly or recurring services are billed on a recurring basis.

- Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of services.
For recurring services, you authorize Subutai AI or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the service is cancelled according to the applicable cancellation terms.
7. Free Trials, Promotions, and Introductory Offers
Subutai AI may occasionally offer free trials, discounted services, promotional pricing, limited-time offers, or introductory packages.
Any promotional offer is subject to the specific terms presented at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, promotional offers:

- Do not guarantee future pricing
- May require payment information, onboarding steps, or software account setup
- May convert into paid services after the promotional period ends
Promotional access does not create any guarantee of results, performance, or continued service availability.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may cancel ongoing services according to the written terms agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, monthly services require notice of cancellation before the next billing date. If notice is not provided before the billing date, the next month's payment may still be due.
Subutai AI may suspend or terminate services if you:
- Fail to make payment

- Provide false or misleading information
- Request work that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unethical
- Fail to provide necessary cooperation
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
Upon cancellation or termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts for services already provided, work already performed, software already configured, or costs already incurred.
9. Refund Policy
Because Subutai AI's services may involve strategy, consulting, setup, implementation, software configuration, time, and professional expertise, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds, credits, or partial refunds may be provided at Subutai AI's sole discretion.
No refund is owed because of lack of results, change of mind, failure to use the services, failure to provide required information, failure to implement recommendations, or dissatisfaction with a third-party software provider.
